Through a regular Mindfulness and meditation practice, a healthy, happy and productive life can be enjoyed. We can feel rested and restored when we have a practise that assist us with aspects of our Physical, Mental, Sensorial, Emotional, Social and Spiritual.
Meditation Foundation Course
Five week Foundation Meditation course, taking place on Wednesday evenings in person and on zoom. The five week course begins at the end of August in Limpley Stoke and online, near Bath. We will have a two week break and then resuming in Oct.

With Floresco, you can learn Mindfulness, and along the way if you like you can try Mantra Meditation, Breath Meditation, Loving Kindness, Walking Meditation, Chanting.
The key features that exist across all Meditation types is that we, as human beings, can use an innate ability to simply focus, bring awareness to how our minds work and access the natural ability to appreciate the present moment. This natural ‘stepping back’ brings calm, objectivity and in time, compassion.
Our brain is part of the Central Nervous System and it functions well when it is well looked after. Meditation puts the reins of autonomy firmly in the hands of the person themselves.
Meditation can help you to shift your perspective so you can let go of your worries, understand why you feel stress, anger or anxiety, make peace with your inner critic, and discover the joy of moment to moment living.


When there is calm, a wider perspective, a healthier immune system, heart, digestive system, better sleep and a greater sense of being in control. Meditation helps with pain management, stress reduction and can be enjoyed individually and/or as part of a group.
Our foundation courses, level one and level two will introduce you to a number of different kinds of meditation, and our weekly drop in sessions will help you maintain your practise if you would like. Each foundation course is for one hour per week across five weeks and you can attend in person or on Zoom.
Each five week course costs £60 per person.
